My daughter is a newly learning softball pitcher. I purchased this for her to help as a training aid. It is really helping improve her wrist snaps and the best part is that she really finds it fun, and I don’t have to pester her to use it. She also takes it to games and uses it to warm up before the game and in between innings. We ended up liking them so much, that our league purchased one for each team, so all the girls can use them to train and warm up
