About Ernie Parker

Ernie Parker is considered by many to be one of the premier pitching instructors of our time. For over 30 years, Coach Parker’s instruction and training helped develop pitching skills in students of all ages. He taught many Olympic and college All-American softball pitchers including Lisa Fernandez, Jennie Finch, Dee Dee Wieman, Jessica van der Linden, and Carrie Dolan and his expertise and teaching skills were sought after by scores of potential fastpitch greats until his passing in 2014. The invention he was most proud of was the Wrist Snapper because of the positive results he saw from those who used it.
